We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, as a service-based business, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our team and other clients.

Notice Required

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Same-day cancellations or lockouts (where our team cannot access the property) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
